Synopsis
I worked with the four partners to develop the company’s mission, vision, and driving values, which led to a fundamental shift in their strategic approach. I designed and implemented internal operational processes, managed key partnerships, and productised the company’s knowledge, in order to set the foundations from which they could scale.
